Berlin, 30 April 2012 – More than 1,000 works of art with an aggregate medium presale estimate of 13 million euro will be sold from May 30 through June 2 at Villa Grisebach’s spring auctions in Berlin. The offerings span from a work executed in 1821 to a piece made in 2011: A painting, believed lost, by the German Romantic Franz Ludwig Catel of the bay of Naples makes the beginning (estimate € 120,000/140,000).
